Pricing questions, answered plainly.
When is my card charged?
At the moment a qualified specialist formally accepts your case — not at submission. If we cannot help, you are never charged.
What if my case is declined at triage?
You will not be charged. We will explain why, and where appropriate suggest alternatives.
Do I need a referral from my GP?
No. If you have your documentation, you can submit directly. Many patients let their GP know they are seeking a second opinion; it is not required.
Can I request a specific specialist?
Otro matches cases to the most appropriate available specialist. We do not disclose individual reviewer identities, which protects both their independence and their privacy.
Is there a turnaround guarantee?
Single reviews are typically delivered in 5–10 business days and multi-specialist reviews in 7–14 business days from acceptance. If your case is delayed, we will contact you.
Can I get a refund?
Once a specialist has accepted and begun the review, the fee is non-refundable. If you are unhappy with the delivered report, please contact us and we will review the matter.
Are additional specialists available beyond a multi-review?
Yes — a third-reviewer addition can be arranged on request at an additional fee. Please contact us before submitting.
No charge until
